Home Sensor Fault Change Over Motor 4 - Feeder Width (Non-Operator Side)

Home sensor has not been detected.  Motor actual position exceeds Home Position Count value of 5000 by excessive distance.  Fault will reoccur every 15 counts when position is higher than 5000

Possible Causes:
1) Sensor is loose or in wrong position on the mounting bracket.
2) The mounting bracket is not in correct location.  The mounting bracket may be bent.
3) Sensor is damaged
4) Wiring or cables connecting the sensor signal to the I/O input rack may be damaged
7) I/O input rack may be faulty

Possible Solutions:
1) Adjust the mounting bracket or sensor as needed so that home signal occurs when the motor arrives at home position.
2) Replace or repair any faulty part(s) such as sensor, cables, or input module.
